Welcome to the North Wales Police Authority's Business Plan page.  Our Business Plan for 2011/12 was formally approved by the Authority on the 9th December, and its aim is to clearly outline what we intend to do as core business during 2011/12.

As stated within the Plan, this coming year is going to be an extremely challenging time, and a time of continuous change.  As a result, the Plan will evolve throughout the year and latest version will be uploaded to this page.
