Resources Committee
The Resources Committee has the responsibility of overseeing and monitoring Resource activities in the Force. The Committee is focused on two broad components our workforce and the resources required to support the workforce to deliver a quality policing service. The Committee is responsible for overseeing force performance against the following priority in our annual policing plan:
“Provide a well led, organised and skilled workforce”
Our workforce is fundamental in ensuring that North Wales receives an appropriate policing service. We are working towards creating a better, safer North Wales, and without an effective workforce we would not be able to provide a quality policing service to North Wales. Effective scrutiny of the support, development and training provided to Officers and Staff will be of particular importance in the coming years as the Force re-aligns its delivery mechanisms to meet the forthcoming financial challenges.
