Human Resources Committee
The Human Resources Committee has the responsibility of overseeing and monitoring all Human Resource activities in the Force. A costed annual HR and Training Plan must be agreed and adopted by the HR Committee. The plan identifies how activities, objectives and targets set in the local Policing Plan are delivered through the performance of people.
The future intention of the HR Committee, through its Chair, is to continue to be firmly and actively engaged in the strategic management of the HR function.
