Our Voice Conference, Technium Cast, Bagor - 20 November 2009

The Our Voice Conference will be part of the Gwynedd Children and Young People Week and will give young people between 14 – 19 a chance to voice their opinion on issues that are important to them. The morning will include workshops by North Wales Police, Funky Dragon, Youth Justice Service, Mantell Gwynedd, Gisda and an anti-bullying campaigner and in the afternoon there will be a show by young people conveying their opinions through poetry, music and dance.

North Wales Police Authority will be attending the conference in order to obtain young people’s views on policing related matters, and to raise the awareness of those present about the Authority’s work. In addition, there will be an opportunity for the young people to Balance your Bobbies, which is to let us know what issues they would like North Wales Police to concentrate on in their area.
